Q: This is my first reformer class. What should I do first?
A: Sign up for an Intro to Reformer Class! This class is required for all students who have never been on a reformer (or a Core Collab reformer) before. If you are familiar and feel comfortable working with a reformer, an Into to Reformer Class is not mandatory. This class is offered August 25-30, September 3, and every Saturday starting September 20.

Q: I cannot attend any of the times offered for Intro to Reformer class. What should I do?
A: We offer 1:1 sessions by appointment if you are unable to attend an Intro class. Applicable fees apply. ​

Q: Where is Studio Centro located?
A: Studio Centro is located within ATTIVA Wellness. Simply enter through the front door (entrance with metal ramp and black door) and continue to Studio Centro which is located in the back left of ATTIVA. Follow the turf down to the yellow ramp and you'll see it!

Q: What do I wear to pilates?
A: For reformer Pilates, wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes so you can move easily. Avoid anything too loose, as it can get caught in the equipment. Grippy socks are required for safety and stability on the reformer (we have them for sale for $8) Skip zippers, buttons, and accessories, and keep hair tied back so you can focus fully on your workout.

Q: What are Guest Instructor classes?
A: Studio Centro is excited to host popular Guest Instructors/Pilates Instructor Influencers. Booking and payment per class is required, a class pass cannot be used.

Q: Do I have to be an ATTIVA gym member to take classes at Studio Centro?
No! Anyone can take a Studio Centro class, but ATTIVA members will receive special discounts.

Q: How do I sign up and pay for a class?
A: Right on our website on the "Book A Class" tab or directly on the ATTIVA app. Create a free account, book any Studio Centro class, and purchase any necessary class passes all on the app.

Q: I just purchased a class pass. When does it expire?
A: All Studio Centro class passes expire 6 months after the date of purchase.

Q: I have to cancel my class! How do I cancel?
A: You can cancel classes on the ATTIVA app up to 2 hours before the start of class without a penalty. If a student cancels less than 2 hours ahead of time or No Shows, it will count as a used class on your class pass or drop in.

Q: I am on the waitlist! How will I be notified if I get into class?
A: If you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email/text communication (make sure your MindBody profile settings allow for at least one of these) up to 2 hours before the start of class.
